PILATES

Trailhead Physical Therapy is excited to announce that we are now Offering small-group and 1-on-1 Pilates classes with Dr. Steph!

Pilates can be a great way to strength train in the presence of injury, or to supplement the training you’re already doing to keep you mobile and injury-free!

Classes are about 50 minutes and will be half mat-based exercises and half reformer-based exercises. You don’t need any Pilates experience to join!
